Welcome to phlove25. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "you") and phlove25 ("phlove25," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the gaming platform available at phlove25.app. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the phlove25 platform – whether for real-money gaming, sports betting, or any promotional activity – you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

phlove25 operates under a valid licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activity on phlove25 is conducted in compliance with Philippine gaming law and the conditions of our PAGCOR licence. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and phlove25.

To use the real-money features of phlove25, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on phlove25. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through third parties, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or pending winnings.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• phlove25 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If someone claiming to be phlove25 support requests your password, do not provide it and report the incident immediately.
• All activity that occurs under your phlove25 account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
• phlove25 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in account restriction pending review.

phlove25 strictly prohibits access to anyone under the age of 18. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. phlove25 conducts age verification checks in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine law. Where there is any reasonable doubt about a player's age, phlove25 will suspend the account pending verification and may request a government-issued ID.

In addition to age requirements, the following categories of persons are not permitted to hold an account on phlove25:

• Persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Current employees of phlove25, its affiliates, its game providers, or their immediate family members.
• Persons who are under a self-exclusion order through phlove25 or any PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• Persons who have been identified by phlove25 as problem gamblers through our responsible gaming programme.

phlove25 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine pesos (₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

All deposits at phlove25 are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (may vary by payment method; individual method limits are displayed at the cashier).
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. phlove25 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• phlove25 does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly. In cases of delay caused by payment system issues, credit will be applied within 24 hours. Contact support if your deposit is not reflected after this period.
• phlove25 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request further verification if the transaction triggers our fraud detection or AML systems.

Withdrawals at phlove25 must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your phlove25 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be declined. phlove25 processes most withdrawal requests within minutes for amounts below ₱50,000 and within 24 hours for larger amounts requiring manual review.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have met applicable wagering requirements qualify for withdrawal.
• phlove25 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement and is not negotiable.
• If a withdrawal is subject to any withholding tax as required under Philippine tax law, phlove25 will apply the appropriate deduction and provide documentation.
• phlove25 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected on the account. The player will be notified of any hold and given the opportunity to provide clarification.

phlove25 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting credits. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. By claiming any bonus at phlove25, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across phlove25:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20× to 35×) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address.
• Casino games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute 10%–20%. Sports bets placed at odds below 1.50 may contribute 0%.
• phlove25 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it has reason to believe the promotion was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering completion process.

All casino games available on phlove25 – including slots, live dealer games, fishing games, and bingo – use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG software is tested and certified by independent testing agencies to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by phlove25 or any third party.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed in the game's information panel. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific payout for any individual session. Variance in outcomes over short periods of play is expected and does not constitute evidence of unfair operation.

• In the event of a technical failure during a game round (such as a disconnection mid-spin), phlove25 will apply its standard disconnection policy. If a round was already completed at the server level, the result stands. If the round could not be completed, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account.
• phlove25 reserves the right to void game results if evidence of software exploitation, bet manipulation, or system abuse is detected.

The phlove25 sportsbook covers NBA, football, and other sports markets. All sports bets are subject to the rules of the specific sport and the general betting rules maintained by phlove25. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

• Minimum bet: ₱50 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event type and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• All sports odds are displayed in decimal format. Payouts are calculated as: stake × odds = total return (which includes the original stake).
• phlove25 reserves the right to suspend a market and void bets if there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or an error in the odds that resulted in a clearly incorrect line.
• Postponed events: if a sports event is postponed and does not commence within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets are settled based on the official result at the time of suspension if the event has reached a conclusive stage under phlove25's sport-specific rules.
• phlove25 may limit a player's maximum bet or restrict their access to certain markets at our sole discretion. This is particularly applicable to accounts that consistently demonstrate sharp betting behaviour that exploits pricing errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phlove25 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account (multi-accounting), whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that is designed to give an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other competitive game format on phlove25.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors in the odds system. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Using phlove25 for any money laundering purpose or depositing funds from illegal or unknown sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phlove25 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or commercially exploit any part of the phlove25 platform without written permission.

phlove25 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or the specific rules of any game or promotion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or suspicious transaction patterns that trigger our AML protocols.
• At the request of PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, or a competent judicial authority.
• At the request of the account holder themselves (voluntary closure).

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any genuine real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be refunded to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days. Where closure is due to a breach, phlove25 may withhold balances pending investigation and the outcome of any regulatory or legal process.

phlove25 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and markets. All registered players have access to the following tools directly within their account settings:

• Deposit limits – set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period; decreases apply immediately.
• Session timers – receive alerts and optional auto-logout after a set gaming duration.
• Cool-off periods – temporarily suspend your account for 1, 7, 14, or 30 days. Cannot be overridden once activated.
• Self-exclusion – close your account for a minimum of 6 months. Takes effect immediately, balance is refunded in full.

Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. phlove25 shares data only where required by Philippine law, by PAGCOR as part of our regulatory obligations, or with service providers who assist in operating the platform under binding data processing agreements. All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers.

phlove25 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game and odds information, phlove25 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phlove25 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from interruptions to the platform caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phlove25's reasonable control.
• Errors in game software caused by the game provider rather than phlove25 itself, though phlove25 will apply fair resolution procedures in these cases.
• Any consequential, indirect, or special losses suffered as a result of using phlove25, beyond the refund of the stake amount placed on a disputed transaction.

phlove25 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered members via the email address or phone number on file.

Your continued use of the phlove25 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and request the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of phlove25 shall first be referred to the phlove25 customer support team, which will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's player protection and dispute resolution process. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, phlove25 is bound by PAGCOR's decisions on regulatory matters. For other legal disputes not within PAGCOR's remit, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
